Early 20th century two part Satsuma belt buckle. Each half has a woman and child sitting in front of a screen. There is a border of deep blue with gilded motifs. The two ceramic plaques appear to be mounted in silver , there are two small marks, one with an S in it the other with FS which may be a hallmark.
